How to create a sports tournament online

The tournament maker gets a new event from an idea to a registration-ready draft in a few minutes. You start with the public details that players, parents and coaches look for first. The operational work comes later, inside your free Play 2 Earn Sports account.

  1. Name the event and choose the sport. Use the name teams will recognize, for example "Spring Classic U13 Soccer", so it reads well on the event page and in search.
  2. Set the dates and times. A start date is required. Add an end date and end time for a multi-day event, so families can plan travel and hotels.
  3. Add the age group and gender. Enter the label your league uses, such as U11, U15, Adult or Open, and choose Boys, Girls, Men, Women, Co-ed or Open.
  4. Enter the location. Pick the venue from the address suggestions when they are available, or type the location yourself.
  5. Describe the event and add artwork. A short description covers the format, the level and anything teams must know. Upload your own poster or generate a visual theme for the event.
  6. Save with your email. You receive a six-digit code that is valid for 30 minutes. Verifying it keeps the draft and takes you to account setup.
