Youth Athlete Profile Keeps One Record Across Every Club
A Play 2 Earn Sports youth athlete profile keeps one record across seasons, clubs and sports. The public Player Finder shows only sport, city and club.

OTTAWA โ Play 2 Earn Sports gives each player one youth athlete profile that carries across seasons, teams, clubs and sports. Games, season stats, awards and highlights stay in one record when a player moves clubs. The public Player Finder shows only sport, city and club.
The profile tackles a common problem in youth sport: registration systems that reset every season, so a player's history is lost at each move.
What is in a youth athlete profile?
- One record: all seasons, all clubs, all sports.
- Stats: games and season stats where the club records them.
- Awards and highlights: recognition and approved video moments.
- Club history: the verified clubs a player has been part of.
Verified goals from Game Rooms can link to the scorer's profile, once an authorized official confirms the moment.
How does the Player Finder protect minors?
The public directory lets anyone filter players by sport, country and province or state. Its public view shows sport, city and club only.
That matters in Canada, where organizations that collect personal information must follow privacy law such as PIPEDA. Parents can learn more about keeping children safe online from the Canadian Centre for Child Protection.
Who is it for?
- Parents managing one or more young athletes, who want progress kept in one place.
- Players who play more than one sport or move between clubs.
- Clubs and coaches who want a clear record of a player's development.
How much does it cost?
Creating a player account and joining a club is free. The Game Rooms page notes that some premium Player Pro features may require an eligible subscription. Play 2 Earn Sports does not pay players for performance.
How do you get one?
Register free, then join your club. If your club is not on the platform yet, a coach or organizer can start the club free. Families can also browse the public club directory to find a club first.

Frequently asked questions
What can strangers see on my child's profile?
The public Player Finder shows sport, city and club only. Parents should still review what their child's club shares and keep photos and full names out of public posts. Ask the club how it handles consent for photos and video before the season starts.
Does the profile move when my child changes clubs?
Yes. The profile belongs to the player, not the club. When a player joins a new club on Play 2 Earn Sports, the record of earlier seasons, clubs and awards stays with them, and new seasons add to the same profile.
Is a youth athlete profile free?
Yes. Creating a player account and joining a club under it is free. Some premium Player Pro features may require an eligible subscription. Play 2 Earn Sports is free for clubs, and it does not pay players money for performance.
Can one profile cover more than one sport?
Yes. Profiles are built for multi-sport athletes. One record can span sports such as basketball, hockey, soccer, volleyball, swimming and gymnastics, so a player's full sporting history sits in one place across all 18 supported sports.
