    Play 2 Earn Sports club funding program: apply in the current round

    Clubs can apply for funding in the current round.

    A funding initiative aimed at helping independent sports clubs grow.

    Play 2 Earn Sports offers eligible sports organizations access to funding, reviewed in monthly application rounds.

    The program was introduced to remove one of the biggest barriers facing growing clubs: money. Rather than asking organizations to take on another major expense simply to adopt new technology and programs, Play 2 Earn Sports created an incentive that can provide qualifying clubs with substantial financial support.

    The platform gives sports organizations digital tools designed to help clubs strengthen their programs while giving athletes a more connected sports experience.

    Applications submitted in a round are assessed together. The current application round closes at the end of this month. Play 2 Earn Sports decides month by month whether a further round will be offered, and a future round is not guaranteed. Clubs that want to be considered are encouraged to apply in the current round.

    Which clubs are eligible?

    Independent sports clubs, in any sport, that run their club and participating paid players on Play 2 Earn Sports. The funding assessment is based on participating paid players and is subject to the program rules. Submit the form and we will confirm whether your club is eligible.

    What counts as a participating paid player?

    A player registered with your club on Play 2 Earn Sports whose club registration has been paid. The funding assessment is tied to this number, subject to the program rules.

    Do we have to use the software to apply?

    The program is built around clubs that run on Play 2 Earn Sports, so your club and its participating players need to be set up on the platform for the funding assessment. Starter is free for clubs with up to 10 teams, and you can check eligibility before you set anything up.

    What is free?

    Starter is free for clubs and leagues with up to 10 teams. Pro is $49.67 USD a month for 11 to 25 teams. Unlimited is $99.67 USD a month for 26 or more teams. Every feature is on every plan, and players and parents are always included. There is no cost to apply for the funding program.

    Does applying guarantee funding?

    No. Applying starts an eligibility review. Eligible clubs then receive a funding assessment based on their participating paid players and the program rules. Nothing is promised until the assessment is complete.

    What happens after I submit?

    We review eligibility and reply within 2 business days. Applications submitted in a round are assessed together after the round closes, and we explain the next steps for setting up your club and participating paid players. You can also book a demo, but a demo is not required to apply.
